🕒RUNNING LATE? We completely understand-Life happens! If you’re running behind, please let us know. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you, but your service may need to be shortened to stay on schedule. Full-Service Pricing Will Still Apply.

💖NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE? No problem at all-just let us know! We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer your spot to another guest. Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice May Result in a 25% Deposit for Your Next Appointment.

🚫NO-SHOWS: Missing an appointment without letting us know makes it hard for us to fill that time. Future Bookings May Require A 25% Deposit Regardless of the Service Type.

💳DEPOSITS: Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are Non-Refundable if Cancellation Policies Are Not Followed but Can Be Applied to Rescheduled Appointments With Proper Notice.
